PLEASE NOTE SOME OF THE TEMPORARY COVID-19 PROCEDURES MAY OVER RULE SOME OF OUR STANDARD TERMS & PROCEDURES
Due to COVID-19 please see our temporary operating procedures as below:-
- Payment for hire will be taken over the phone at time of booking, cards payments ONLY
- DVLA License check and Insurance Criteria questions are required to be carried out/answered by email in advance of hire date.
- Damage bond authorisation to be carried out over the phone 1-3 days prior to the hire date.
- Allocated vehicle collection times will be given to allow for increased vehicle cleaning regime between hires. This will be between 9am & 10am ONLY
- ONLY the driver of the hire vehicle will be allowed to enter our office for vehicle collection.
- Contactless drop off for vehicle returns.
